QUALITY, INNOVATION AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY
The Dulcesol Group's most important activity is the production and marketing of pastry, cake and bread products. We complement this activity with the running of a poultry farm destined to produce eggs for our products, as well as our own egg processing plant where we produce liquid egg products to supply our factories.
The quality of our products has always been one of the fundamental objectives for the Dulcesol Group. This has led us to become the first Spanish company within our sector to be awarded a quality certificate. Therefore, our Quality Assurance System complies with the Quality Management Norm ISO 9001:2000 and with the international food safety protocols IFS and BRC, as certified by AENOR. A level of recognition that means we are able to guarantee that our manufactured products meet the quality control parametres required by our consumers.
Also, here at Dulcesol we have obtained the ISO 14001:2004 in Environmental Management and we are the first Spanish company within our sector to have obtained the certificate UNE 166002:2006 in R&D.
Dulcesol is the commercial brand name for a number of companies —based entirely in Valencia— whose origins date back to the 1950s. The group started from a small family business of traditional bread and cakes shop in Villalonga, Valencia.
